Vouloir aller trop vite<\/h2>\n<h3>Le r\u00e9flexe du \u201ctout, tout de suite\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, on se remet au sport avec une motivation d\u00e9bordante. Et l\u00e0, erreur classique : on veut retrouver en deux semaines la forme de ses 30 ans.<br \/>\nR\u00e9sultat ? Blessures, douleurs, fatigue, et souvent\u2026 abandon.<br \/>\nLe corps \u00e0 50 ans ne r\u00e9agit plus comme \u00e0 25. Les tendons sont moins souples, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est plus lente, et le m\u00e9tabolisme fonctionne diff\u00e9remment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le bon rythme :<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Commencer doucement, m\u00eame si c\u2019est frustrant.<br \/>\n&#8211; Miser sur la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que l\u2019intensit\u00e9.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pr\u00e9voir des jours de repos (vrais repos, pas \u201cje fais le m\u00e9nage, \u00e7a compte\u201d).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Croire que \u201cfaire du cardio\u201d suffit<\/h2>\n<h3>Le mythe du tapis de course<\/h3>\n<p>Beaucoup pensent que le cardio, c\u2019est la base de la remise en forme.
